At the end of May I was leading the expedition to the highest peak of the North America - Mount McKinley (6197 m). The ascent was conducted in a very speedy mode due to the right strategy, good physical condition of the team and awesome weather. We landed at Kahiltna Glacier on the 20th of May and on the 30th all five participants were standing on the top of the peak.

On the 1st of June we safely returned to civilization, having spent only 12 days for the whole expedition.

It is worth mentioning that standard ascent McKinley program according to which American guides lead their groups is 23 days. In my practice it is not the only speedy ascend - in 2010 my expedition successfully finished within 11 days after the start, and like in this one, the participants did not have the preliminary acclimatization.
